(Batz)
"It is, and always will be, a matter of time. The viewer's perspective will inevitably shift. Our point of view remains relative, while reality itself is something else entirely.
Art is not meant to serve beauty alone. I consciously seek to challenge that notion by revealing an aesthetic within the anti-aesthetic—an invitation to look beyond the surface and discover the underlying narrative for oneself. What matters most to me is the unspoken emotional response evoked by an image, rather than its decorative appeal, which all too often has to justify itself as little more than a home accessory.
Constructive provocation has always been my intention. There are people who find inspiration in it, who enjoy engaging with it—and that gives me great pleasure."

ART. WORKS.
The first impulses for the PolArt – Art Recycling series emerged during a photo shoot in the late 1990s. Over time, the project evolved into a diverse body of work encompassing a wide range of subjects, visual languages, and artistic approaches.
The influence of the artist's background in advertising remains unmistakable. Her studies in the 1980s, culminating in a Diploma in Graphic Design (FH), together with her later career as a Creative Director, continue to provide the creative foundation for new ideas and an ongoing spirit of experimentation across a variety of techniques within visual communication.
A further development of the PolArt series is the Street Art collection, inspired by graffiti artists and the stencil techniques that are characteristic of urban art. These works reinterpret the visual language of street culture through the distinctive PolArt process.
In contrast, the Fine Art series captures fleeting moments of everyday life—people, encounters, and ordinary scenes observed with quiet attention. Many of these moments are first recorded on an iPhone, creating a visual archive that serves as a point of departure for large-scale paintings executed in acrylic, oil, or mixed media.
Frequently presented as triptychs or diptychs, these compositions unfold like visual short stories. They invite viewers to complete the narrative themselves—or perhaps to leave it unresolved.
ART Recycling
Inspired by Polaroid negatives that were discarded during commercial photo productions and destined for the waste bin, these overlooked images were rediscovered and transformed through an elaborate process of ART recycling.
What began as small, inconspicuous Polaroid negatives measuring just 14 × 10.5 cm evolved into large-scale lithographs—reimagined as "positives"—in A1 format (59.4 × 84.1 cm). Each print was produced in a limited edition using a traditional hand-operated lithographic press.
These monumental lithographs became the foundation for the series Contemporary Icons – False Saints and, from the artist's perspective, mark the beginning of a never-ending PolArt Story—an ongoing artistic journey that continues to unfold across a wide range of genres and visual narratives.
PolArts | Serial Art & Street Art
Realisiert in unterschiedlichen, grafischen Arbeitsprozessen.
The digitization and preservation of existing Polaroid images form the basis for the continued development of the PolArt series. Through graphic transformation processes, these works evolve into new serial compositions that explore metaphysical and political themes while remaining rooted in aspects of lived reality.
Working with sequences, repetition, and variation—as exemplified by the diptych series Sea Life—the artist investigates the narrative and conceptual potential of serial art. Each work is realized through a range of graphic techniques, allowing recurring motifs to be continuously reinterpreted and expanded.
Street Art as a Source of Inspiration
Urban art leaves the street and enters new contexts. Techniques such as graffiti, reverse graffiti, stenciling, writing, and other forms of street expression are reinterpreted on a large scale, bringing their diverse visual languages and thought-provoking messages into private spaces.
Inspired by the energy and immediacy of urban culture, these works translate the aesthetics of the public realm into a contemporary artistic context, inviting viewers to engage with them from a new perspective.
Diptychon
Relative Realism | Acrylic & Oil
Relative Realism embraces the freedom to interpret reality beyond conventional ways of seeing. At its core lies an exploration of life and death, where shifting perspectives open pathways to metaphysical dimensions and multiple realities.
The resulting works unfold as visual narratives, realized as triptychs or diptychs. Each composition invites the viewer to move between different layers of perception, allowing meaning to emerge through the interplay of perspective, imagination, and personal interpretation.

Serial Art | "Jagdfieber"
Serial Art | Hunting Fever
Stags—the dominant Platzhirsche—stand not only in forests and birch groves but also as symbols of contemporary society: a society relentlessly driven from one peak performance to the next.
Hunting Fever is both a satire and a tribute to this culture of pursuit. It reflects on our collective obsession with achievement, ambition, and competition, while inviting viewers to engage in a broader dialogue about the forces that shape modern life.
Created using stencil techniques combined with metallic pigments, the stags appear to shimmer and shift as the light changes. Depending on the viewer's position and the angle of illumination, the image seems to move, creating the impression that the artwork is constantly in motion.
The series explores repetition and variation through a range of artistic techniques. Changing light conditions and perspectives continually reveal recurring elements alongside unexpected new details, encouraging a fresh—and at times almost feverish—way of seeing.
Much like sitting in a hunting blind, the viewer is invited into a moment of quiet observation: a space where thoughts can wander freely while the eye continually discovers something new.
